Anoma Dissanayaka –Senior Partner
Anoma Dissanayaka is the Precedent Partner of the Firm, She received her professional education at the Sri Lanka Law College and was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in 1977 subsequently, she proceeded to obtain postgraduate degree in business from the Schools of Business at the Rajarata University, Sri Lanka.
Anoma is the leading conveyancing practitioner in Anuradhapura and most of the North Central Province at the moment. She is the panel Lawyer for many of the renowned Public Banks in Sri Lanka including Bank of Ceylon, Peoples Bank, Hatton National Bank PLC, Sampath Bank PLC and Commercial Bank PLC,
Anoma is also actively involved in social welfare around the country. She is currently the Chairperson of National Child Protection Authority of Sri Lanka which is the main institution protecting the rights of the child in Sri lanka. Also chairperson of the Jayasena Dissanayaka Foundation which works to eradicate poverty and help the needy children in their education mostly in North Central Province.
Asiri Dissanayake – Head of Litigation
Asiri graduated from Cardiff University, wales in the year 2006 with LLB (Hons) degree and completed his legal apprenticeship at FJ & G de Saram and got called to the Bar in 2009.
Asiri is presently handling various civil and Criminal matters at our firm and having his own legal practice at the Anuradhapura District Court and civil appeal high Courts and various other Courts around the country.
Asiri is currently reading for his International economic law postgraduate degree (LLM) in law from the Queen Mary University, University of London.
He is actively involved in the Royal College (Colombo 07) activities as a member of the College Constitutional and Legal affairs committee.
Asiri took oaths as a Solicitor in NSW, Australia in 2019 and he is the only Australian qualified Solicitor practising law in Anuradhapura District.
Preethi Munasinghe – Associate
Preethi graduated from Colombo University in the year 1997 with LLB (Hons) degree and took auths as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in the year 2002.
She currently working as the programme officer- legal at the Chief Ministry of North Central Province as well as handles conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Banking and Finance at our Firm.
Rashini Ekanayake
Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public - LL.B.(UK) | MBA (Colombo) | ‘Int.Dip (Comp). Mrs. Rashini Ekanayake was admitted the Supreme Court in 2011 and she has nearly ten years of experience in Litigation, Legal Consultancy, Immigration Consultancy, Compliance, Company Secretarial and Laws of Intellectual Property.
An LL.B holder from the University of London, Mrs. Ekanayake has obtained an MBA in International Business from the University of Colombo. She has also obtained an International Diploma in Compliance at the International Compliance Association and Post Attorney Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at the Sri Lanka Law College.
Lakshani Wickrama Peiris
Lakshani obtained her LLB(Hons) degree from University of Wolverhampton ,UK in 2016. She took Oaths as an Attorney-at-law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2019.
She is presently having her own legal practice at Anuradhapura Court as well as she is handling conveyancing.
