Anoma Dissanayaka – Senior Partner

Anoma Dissanayaka is the senior partner and a co-founder of the firm. She received her professional education at Sri Lanka Law College and was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in 1977. She later completed postgraduate studies in business at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.


Anoma has extensive experience in conveyancing, banking and finance, and related legal work. She has served on the panels of several public and private banks in Sri Lanka.


She is also involved in community welfare initiatives through the Jayasena Dissanayaka Foundation, including support for people in need and children’s education, particularly in the North Central Province.

Miyuru Asiri Dissanayake – Consultant

Miyuru Asiri Dissanayake graduated from Cardiff University in Wales in 2006 with an LLB (Hons). He completed his legal apprenticeship at F. J. & G. de Saram and was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2009.

 

He was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019 and is an Australian solicitor. He is a consultant to Dissanayaka & Dissanayaka and brings experience in civil litigation and Australia–Sri Lanka cross-border legal matters.

Rashini Ekanayake

Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public – LL.B. (UK) | MBA (Colombo) | Int. Dip. (Compliance). Mrs Rashini Ekanayake was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2011. She has experience in litigation, legal consultancy, immigration consultancy, compliance, company secretarial work and intellectual property law.


Mrs Ekanayake holds an LL.B. from the University of London and an MBA in International Business from the University of Colombo. She has also completed an International Diploma in Compliance through the International Compliance Association and a Post-Attorney Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at Sri Lanka Law College.
